As you all know, we recently lost the Hechlind Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping account. Hechlind represented over 28% of our annual business, and we're doing everything we can to replace their account by soliciting new clients. In the meantime, however, we'll need to cut overhead costs in every way possible.
Our move to 46 Quinnipiac Place has been postponed indefinitely, and we'll have to endure our overcrowded conditions for a longer period of time. We hope we can make this situation more bearable by adjusting sales representatives' schedules. Clearly, however, we need to discuss contingency plans. I've called a staff meeting for next Monday, to discuss everyone's concerns and answer questions. In the meantime, please call me if you have any questions.
